About Chantilly Schools

Building excellence through continuous improvement

Who we are

Chantilly Schools is a community-driven educational institution located in the serene environment of Banana Hill, Kiambu County. We offer quality education from Kindergarten through Junior School, serving families from Ruaka, Karuri, Banana Hill, and surrounding areas.

Founded on the principle of Kaizen (continuous improvement), we believe that every child has unlimited potential. Our mission is to nurture curious, confident, and compassionate learners who are prepared to excel in an ever-changing world.

With modern facilities, qualified teachers, and a balanced curriculum that goes beyond academics, we provide a holistic education that develops the whole child — intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally.

Our mission

To maximize the potential of every learner through Kaizen (continuous improvement), quality instruction, and a supportive environment that fosters academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning.

Our vision

To be a leading model of academic excellence, innovation, and character development, producing well-rounded individuals who positively impact their communities and the world.

The Kaizen philosophy

Kaizen, a Japanese term meaning 'continuous improvement,' is at the heart of everything we do at Chantilly Schools. We believe that small, consistent improvements lead to remarkable long-term results.

Every child can improve and grow
Learning is a continuous journey, not a destination
Mistakes are opportunities for growth
Collaboration enhances individual and collective progress
Reflection and feedback drive improvement
